Laser skin resurfacing — also known as laser vaporization, laser peel and lasabrasion—is a means of removing damaged outer layers of skin, allowing the healthy cells underneath to regenerate a smooth, bright appearance. This is done using specially engineered lasers that work to zap blemishes while leaving healthy tissue intact. Additionally, laser skin resurfacing works to stimulate collagen growth under the skin, working to fill in wrinkles and fine lines. All in all, laser skin resurfacing is a wonderful and non-surgical way to restore vitality and health to your skin. By taking a proactive and motivated approach, the practitioners at Lasky deliver some of the best laser skin resurfacing Beverly Hills has to offer.

At the Lasky Aesthetics & Laser in Beverly Hills, we offer several different kinds of laser resurfacing, allowing us to treat any patient with any skin type. During your initial consultation, we will go over your cosmetic goals and perform an examination to tell us which laser is more appropriate for you. Our laser options are:

Clear & Brilliant

In the world of laser resurfacing, Clear & Brilliant is one of the most sought forms of treatment for patients seeking younger, brighter, healthier skin. It not only reduces surface blemishes, such as hyperpigmentation and fine lines, it also heats the skin’s underlying collagen layer, boosting its production to give the skin greater elasticity with a smoother, younger look.

Fractional CO2 laser

Hailed as the number 1 anti-aging breakthrough in recent years, fractional laser resurfacing with the Fractional CO2 laser represents the very best in laser skin resurfacing. It delivers powerful results without the harsh side effects that typically come with laser resurfacing procedures. Because of this, patients experience less downtime, less discomfort, and more rapid results.

Fraxel Dual laser

As a more delicate form of laser skin resurfacing, the Fraxel Dual laser is a great option for patients under 50. It creates thousands of microscopic treatment zones per square centimeter of skin, stimulating the body’s natural collagen production while removing damaged cells. All in all, we love the Fraxel Dual laser because it gives our Beverly Hills patients the results they deserve.

It is among the most gentle lasers available and can generally be used with no anesthetic and no downtime following the procedure.

This simple outpatient procedure will have you looking and feeling your best in just a matter of hours, allowing you to resume your daily activities immediately.

I came to Lasky for a chemical peel. After meeting with Cristina, we weighed my options and she ended up suggested laser skin resurfacing, based on what I told her I wanted to handle. After getting all the information, I decided it was the right procedure for me. That was a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. There was definitely some redness and flaking for the first several days, but when the results started to show, they were stunning. These guys really are the best, and their laser skin resurfacing is perfect. If you’re in Los Angeles, Lasky is the place to go.

New protocols for office visits View Update

New protocols for office visits

May 12th, 2020

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic we have instituted many changes to your normal office visit. These changes have been introduced to protect everyone’s health and safety during your visit. All of our staff have been tested for COVID-19 and are negative. They are being monitored daily as well and will be practicing safety guidelines.

  1. If you are sick, do not come to the office. Call our front desk and we will reschedule your appointment promptly once you’re healthy again.
  2. Please wear a mask to your appointment.
  3. Do not bring someone else with you to your appointment. They will not be able to enter the office and wait for you. The only exceptions are for those who require medical assistance or translation assistance. Additionally, please do not bring any pets to the office with you.
  4. The day before your appointment, as in the past, you will be called to confirm your appointment. During that call you will be asked if you have any symptoms like fever, chills, muscle aches, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste. You will also be asked if you have been recently exposed to COVID-19 or have been traveling on a commercial airplane within the last 2 weeks.
  5. When you arrive for your appointment, please call the office from your car. A staff member will either tell you to come up to the office at that time or will ask you to wait in your car until they text you to come up. Before entering the front door of the office, you will be met by a staff member who will take your temperature with a no-touch forehead thermometer to be sure you don’t have a fever. They will again ask you if you have any symptoms of COVID-19. You will be given a mask if you don’t have one, as well as hand sanitizer since you touched the doorknob to enter the office. We will stagger appointments so that on the day of your treatment, you will not interact with any other patients.
  6. You will be taken directly to an exam room which has been cleaned and disinfected just prior to your arrival. There are also air filtration machines installed in each exam room which sterilize the air.
  7. Our medical assistants, who will be wearing N95 masks and protective eye shields, will take your history and prepare you for your visit. You will be asked to sign a new COVID-19 consent form in addition to any of the usual consent forms you may be used to.
  8. After your treatment, you will check out while in the exam room and any products you purchase will be brought to you. If you give us your credit card information the day before your appointment, we can handle the checkout without physically touching your card.
  9. Please try to make your follow up appointments during your office visit. With new scheduling changes and staggered appointments, last minute appointments may be difficult to schedule.
