CoolSculpting for Neck and Chin Fat Reduction

CoolSculpting for Neck and Double Chin Fat ReductionIf you’re one of the many people who have tried unsuccessfully to rid yourself of excess chin and neck fat through diet and exercise, you may be ready to consider other options. Invasive surgical procedures that require weeks of recovery aren't right for everyone. Lost work days, pain and the risk of complications are hard to fit into a busy, active lifestyle, and some patients aren’t good candidates for health or medical reasons. Fortunately, there is now a non-surgical alternative that is FDA-cleared, safe and stunningly effective from CoolSculpting, the top rated non-surgical body sculpting treatment in the United States.. It's called CoolMini, and it's available now at our premier Beverly Hills medical spa.

What Is CoolSculpting for Fat Reduction?

The CoolSculpting procedure uses cryolipolysis, a controlled cooling to target and kill unwanted fat cells under the skin. In the days and weeks that follow the treatment, these fat cells are naturally and permanently eliminated by the body. Freezing the fat cells requires no incision or laser, so there's no downtime, and there's no damage to healthy surrounding tissue, including the skin. In most cases, you can return to normal activities immediately following the procedure. No special diets, exercises, supplements or medications are required before or after a CoolSculpting treatment.

CoolSculpting for Neck / Double Chin

When the CoolSculpting procedure was first approved, it was routinely used for eliminating fat cells in the abdomen, thigh and flank areas. After proof of its effectiveness and safety was underscored by both medically licensed aesthetic treatment providers and their satisfied patients, the smaller "CoolMini" applicator was developed and recently FDA approved for treating the double chin area. CoolSculpting for double chin fat reduction is now offered by top-rated medical aesthetics practices in Los Angeles to help clients achieve the youthful, sculpted profile they've always wanted.

Are You a Candidate for CoolSculpting?

If diet and exercise have failed to remove stubborn fat pockets or unsightly bulges in your chin and neck area or other parts of your body, and you don't want to have cosmetic surgery, you may be an ideal candidate for CoolSculpting for neck / double chin. However, as with all medical treatments, people with certain medical conditions should not undergo the treatment. If you suffer from cold agglutinin disease, cryoglobulinemia or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria, CoolSculpting may not be a viable option. As with all medical and cosmetic treatments, consult a licensed aesthetic treatment provider to find out if CoolSculpting is right for you.

What to Expect During a CoolSculpting for Neck or Double Chin Procedure

Many clients listen to music or sleep during their treatments; however many of our patients enjoy the option of watching Netflix in the treatment room to catch up on their favorite shows or watch a movie. Minor redness, bruising, numbness or tingling may occur after the procedure, but these are temporary and will resolve quickly and completely.

New protocols for office visits View Update

New protocols for office visits

May 12th, 2020

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic we have instituted many changes to your normal office visit. These changes have been introduced to protect everyone’s health and safety during your visit. All of our staff have been tested for COVID-19 and are negative. They are being monitored daily as well and will be practicing safety guidelines.

  1. If you are sick, do not come to the office. Call our front desk and we will reschedule your appointment promptly once you’re healthy again.
  2. Please wear a mask to your appointment.
  3. Do not bring someone else with you to your appointment. They will not be able to enter the office and wait for you. The only exceptions are for those who require medical assistance or translation assistance. Additionally, please do not bring any pets to the office with you.
  4. The day before your appointment, as in the past, you will be called to confirm your appointment. During that call you will be asked if you have any symptoms like fever, chills, muscle aches, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste. You will also be asked if you have been recently exposed to COVID-19 or have been traveling on a commercial airplane within the last 2 weeks.
  5. When you arrive for your appointment, please call the office from your car. A staff member will either tell you to come up to the office at that time or will ask you to wait in your car until they text you to come up. Before entering the front door of the office, you will be met by a staff member who will take your temperature with a no-touch forehead thermometer to be sure you don’t have a fever. They will again ask you if you have any symptoms of COVID-19. You will be given a mask if you don’t have one, as well as hand sanitizer since you touched the doorknob to enter the office. We will stagger appointments so that on the day of your treatment, you will not interact with any other patients.
  6. You will be taken directly to an exam room which has been cleaned and disinfected just prior to your arrival. There are also air filtration machines installed in each exam room which sterilize the air.
  7. Our medical assistants, who will be wearing N95 masks and protective eye shields, will take your history and prepare you for your visit. You will be asked to sign a new COVID-19 consent form in addition to any of the usual consent forms you may be used to.
  8. After your treatment, you will check out while in the exam room and any products you purchase will be brought to you. If you give us your credit card information the day before your appointment, we can handle the checkout without physically touching your card.
  9. Please try to make your follow up appointments during your office visit. With new scheduling changes and staggered appointments, last minute appointments may be difficult to schedule.
