how to build muscle in los angeles

In Los Angeles, we’re under a lot of pressure to look and feel our best. We spend a lot of time at the gym, with personal trainers, taking supplements, and watching what we eat. All of that work brings amazing results, but a little cosmetic help to achieve specific results can make a very real difference. If you’re wondering how to build muscle faster than your fitness routine can provide, consider EmSculpt in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, at Lasky Aesthetics and Laser Center.

How to Build Muscle Faster Than Crunches Can Provide

Crunches and other abdominal workouts help you build muscle and strengthen your core. This is essential to improve weight loss, increase your metabolism, and even helps to prevent and control back pain.

However, even if you spend more than an hour at the gym every day, there are only so many core muscle workouts you can do before your progress slows or you stop seeing new results altogether. If you want to see more results and build muscle faster, BTL EmSculpt at Lasky Aesthetics in Beverly Hills, CA, can help.

How Does EmSculpt Work to Build Abdominal Muscles Faster?

EmSculpt delivers high-focused, electromagnetic energy to stimulate 20,000 muscle contractions in just 30 minutes; this is something you could never accomplish at the gym doing manual abdominal exercises. This speeds up your results, visibly building muscle and burning fat in the treatment area.

Squats vs EmSculpt: How to Build Muscle and Enhance Your Backside

Like crunches, squats deliver diminishing returns over time. With EmSculpt’s help, quick muscle contractions created with highly focused energy, you can see a natural, non-surgical, injection-free butt lift in as little as four sessions.

Who is a Good Candidate for EmSculpt?

For those who want to know how to build muscle faster, EmSculpt seems like the perfect solution. EmSculpt is good for patients who are active and fit but would like to see enhanced results that they haven’t been able to produce at the gym.

One added benefit of EmSculpt is that it also burns fat. However, if you have larger pockets of diet- and exercise-resistant fat, we may recommend CoolSculpting prior to beginning any EmSculpt treatments. This will help ensure the best possible results for you.

PRACTICE POLICY UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

March 23rd, 2020

After serious consideration and in line with the recommendations of our State and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we are closing the practice until Mid April.

Your health and well-being is our primary concern and we want to do our part to make sure that you are protected.

Effective immediately the following will occur:

  • All procedures and in-person consultations will be suspended until further notice.
  • The office will be available for Retail and PrePaid Packages as well as to answer any and all questions and concerns.
  • Virtual Consultations are available upon request.

We are constantly updating our services and staffing according to the local and national recommendations and will always place your health and well-being as our top priority.

We continue to exercise all the latest recommendations that are handed down by the CDC. These include:

  • Staff have been fully informed and trained to understand the disease process and its modes of transmission.
  • All staff, vendors and ancillary personnel are being asked to refrain from coming to this office if they have any signs or symptoms of a cold or an upper respiratory tract infection.
  • Every patient is also being asked to refrain from coming to the office if they have any symptoms.
  • We are asking our patients about any pertinent travel history.
  • Hand-washing continues to be the most important mode of prevention. Although it is a part of what we constantly do, now we are doing so with heightened vigilance and attention.
  • We have instituted a “no handshakes no hug” policy for now.
  • We have asked all vendors that any unnecessary meetings are canceled until further notice.
  • As we are an accredited medical facility, we are constantly sanitizing all surfaces. We have now vamped that up and our routine, multiple times a day, wiping down all surfaces, desks, door handles, keyboards and restroom facilities. We have assigned a person that does so on a constant basis.

Although Covid-19 is a serious issue, we strongly believe that it will pass and hopefully make our infrastructure and our ability to deal with pandemics in this Country even better than it currently is. We are monitoring this situation on a real-time basis and will not sit back until we know that we have done everything possible to avoid unnecessary exposure.
